The Polo Beach Club provided us with an exceptional location. The proximity to the beach, grounds, and pool made our stay truly enjoyable. The view from our room was breathtaking, exceeding our expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Room furnishings could benefit from an update.

The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The interiors of unit #305 were clean and beautifully furnished, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The attention to detail is impressive, ensuring that guests have everything they need during their stay. Additionally, the hotel's location on the island provides easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions, making it a convenient choice for exploring.

I had a fantastic time staying here. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location was amazing. Being right on the beach meant that I could easily go for a swim or just relax on the sand. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel was immaculate, especially the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the hotel had great parking and transportation options, making it easy to explore this city and find fabulous restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated on a beautiful beach, you'll have incredible views of the ocean, mountains, and even the chance to spot turtles and whales! The rooms in this hotel are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and prompt. Whether it's the front office or the building staff, they ensure that everything is spotless and take care of any requests you may have.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find anything to fault.

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean front and the lovely long beach. The condo was clean, quiet, and perfect for our romantic escape. We appreciated the great location, close to shops, state park, and beach. The wifi worked well too.

The locks to the sliding doors and the bedroom door were difficult to use. The unit definitely needed repairs which was not appropriate for an expensive vacation.

We stayed in a spacious and well-appointed condo, located right on a secluded beach that felt like a private paradise. The beach was beautifully landscaped and perfect for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The location was also great for traveling to other parts of the island, with shuttles available and a grocery store within a short drive. Plus, the housekeeping service was exceptional, with daily cleanings ensuring the space was always pristine.

We did have some issues with other residents at the complex who were not particularly welcoming towards families with rowdier children on the grounds.

Great view and daily maid service were the two best aspects of our stay. The hotel's location was also very convenient. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and watching the sunset from our room. The beach was not crowded and perfect for a quiet day away from other Maui tourists.

The room quality and furniture were not up to our expectations. The overall decor was outdated and lacked a modern touch.

Great location, beautiful rental, good service

I recently stayed at a property in Wailea and had a wonderful experience. The unit I booked was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the beach. I was able to watch my kids boogie boarding right from the deck. The management company was great - they greeted us at the airport with leis and provided us with helpful information. The daily housekeeping service was a nice touch, and they even had a shuttle service available. The beds were all comfortable, including the sleeper sofa. The snorkeling in the rocky coves was fantastic, and the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the property were a nice addition. Although there were a few retirees who seemed bothered by noisy children at the pool, it was still a great place to relax. My only minor complaint was the lack of beach toys available and the distance to the closest grocery store. However, overall I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.
